1. ABOUT US

EP Sportwear is an e-commerce brand based in Belgium selling premium seamless sportswear. By placing an order on this website you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT (21% Belgian VAT). Prices shown in other currencies are approximate estimates for convenience only — the final charge is always in EUR via Stripe.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.

3. ORDERS

An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

4. PAYMENT

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards. We never store payment information on our servers. New registered members receive a 5% discount automatically applied to their first order at checkout.

5. SHIPPING

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are detailed on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, in accordance with Belgian consumer law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Full details on our Returns Policy page.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of EP Sportwear and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. For consumer disputes, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
